On Saturday I ran in my first triathlon. Last year at a friend's wedding was the first time I heard about Sprint Triathlons and I was very intrigued. I have tons of friends that run and I have always hated running. I love to work out and have always been involved in sports, but running has always seemed so boring to me and I've never been very good at it.
